Hi I’m Molly, marathon runner,
HIIT lover, new mummy, and now…
Movement has always been part of who I am. Whether it’s a Steel Week (IYKYK ), a 10K, or running the London Marathon in 3:47 (2024), I’ve always carved out time to move. For over a decade, I also worked in the criminal justice system — a career that was fast-paced and emotionally charged. Pair that with my love of HIIT and running, and my life was moving at 100mph.
Then I discovered Pilates — specifically the reformer — and everything shifted. Slower, more intentional, but ohhh the shakes are real. It gave me the balance I didn’t know I was missing: strength, focus, and space to breathe.
I trained as a Reformer Pilates instructor while also becoming a new mum and co-founding a children’s play space in Sheffield with my husband (which now runs itself). At 31, I honestly feel my best yet — fitter, stronger, calmer, and more in tune with myself than ever.
Today, I balance HIIT, running, and Pilates — my magic trio . And Pilates? It’s the glue that holds it all together.
