What should I wear?
Comfortable form fitting activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are recommended for safety and stability — and are available to purchase if needed.

How long is a session?
Each session lasts 50 minutes.

I’m a complete beginner — can I join?
Absolutely. Sessions are tailored to your experience and ability, whether you’re new to Pilates or returning after a break.

Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself (and your baby if you’re bringing them along). All equipment is provided.

Can I book with a friend or partner?
Yes — my two-to-one sessions are designed for pairs who want to train together with personalised guidance.

Where exactly is your studio?
I teach from a private home studio in Sheffield — a calm and fully equipped space. The exact location is shared upon enquiry or booking.
